Quick simple version of the Italian cuisine hit for lazy summer days. However, in other seasons, busy people will also need this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
For stuffing:
- 5 tbsp tomato sauce
- 200 g sausages or cooked sausage
- 200 g cheese
- 10 cherry tomatoes or 2 medium tomatoes
- handful of olives
- 1 tsp. dried oregano or basilica
- 1 tbsp. of olive oil
For the test:
- 200 g flour
- ½ h. p. of salt
- 5 g of dry yeast
- 125 ml of water
- extra virgin olive oil
STEP-BY-STEP COOKING
Step 1
Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, add the yeast and mix. Make a “well” in the flour, pour water into it and start mixing the dough with a fork or a hand. Stir in a circle, always in one direction, taking the flour from the crater walls. When almost all the flour is involved, add 1 tbsp of olive oil to the dough and continue kneading the dough until it is smooth, elastic, for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Roll the dough in a ball. Pour some oil into the bowl, put the dough ball in the bowl, turn it so that it is covered with a thin layer of oil. Tighten the bowl with a film and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour until the dough doubles in volume.
Step 3
Heat the oven to 220 ° C. Furnish the dough and lightly knead. Roll out in a circle with a diameter of 25-30 cm. Lay out on an oiled baking tray.
Step 4
Rub the cheese on the grater, cut the ham into thin slices. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, if you use large tomatoes, then cut them into circles.
Step 5
Grease the dough with tomato sauce, sprinkle half the grated cheese. Arrange sausage or sausage slices, tomatoes and olives and sprinkle the remaining cheese and oregano, put the tray in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts. Spray the ready pizza with olive oil.
